I hired MK ProSteam Carpet Cleaning to clean an area rug in my dining room and carpets in the family room and hallway of my basement. He was excellent! He responded promptly, gave an accurate quote, was able to do the job soon after hiring, and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable about his work, and friendly but professional. He worked quickly but thoroughly and even had to rinse some of the basement carpet more than usual because of its age. I will definitely hire him again!
